A few words from Denny Horimizu
Mimosa tells us that warm spring is just around the corner. Soft as cotton, it seems to light things up gently like a lamp. It felt as if it were saying, “Hope is already right here,” strengthening my heart and giving me a push. In the sweetness and strength of flowers and plants, I sometimes notice hope, feel comforted, or find feelings welling up. Layering these feelings onto many kinds of flowers, I painted a bouquet you might give to someone dear, or to yourself. I would be glad if it could quietly stay close to your heart in your everyday life.
