ARTIST
Big trees and flower balloons, stacked treasure boxes, and tiny people coming and going among them. Clean lines and cheerful patterns, with wishes quietly written in English and other languages. Hang one where you’ll see it every day, and a small sprout of happiness takes root in your everyday life.
Each joy may be small, but as they add up, they grow into great happiness. That feeling lives in the tiny people stacking treasure boxes and the parades moving forward one step at a time. Whatever happens, everyone is cheering you on, so step forward with confidence. Also a heartfelt cheer for someone starting a new chapter, or a loved one who is working hard.
Clean compositions like design drawings, with looks reminiscent of felt or washi paper and touches of paint and colored pencil. Each work has its own character: kaleidoscope-like floral patterns, flower balloons like Japanese temari balls, a great tree and birds of happiness. Searching for the little HAPPY hidden here and there is part of the fun.
